The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including English and Maths (GCSE grade C and above), good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine commitment to equality of opportunity for every child is essential, and experience of working with primary or secondary pupils in a classroom environment would be advantageous.
