Grade and Salary: Grade 6: £31,619 - £34,979 actual per annum (£34,811 - £38,510 FTE)

Working pattern: 37 hours per week / 41 weeks per year

Contract term: Permanent

The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intervention Lead to join the team at Heritage High School. This role will be responsible for managing the Ambition intervention centre on a day to day basis, supporting a cohort of students on the SEND register and with SEMH. You will lead intervention sessions such as Lego Therapy, ELSA and social skills interventions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that there are a wide range of age appropriate resources for students to use to support with their learning.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and hard-working person to join our committed team and who can provide students with a high quality, personalised learning experience, contributing to their continuing education. The successful candidate will have experience of working with and supporting students and young people.
