About Middleton International School, Thailand
Middleton International School (MIS) Thailand is the newest addition to the Middleton family of schools, known in Singapore for its affordable, high-quality international education. We combine the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), Singapore Maths, and the British National Curriculum with an inquiry-based, Reggio Emilia-inspired approach.
Our modern, purpose-built campus in central Bangkok will open with a vibrant Primary School and Early Years programme. The Early Years will offer a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, create, and thrive.
The Role
We are seeking an inspiring and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team. You will play a key role in establishing the culture, curriculum, and environment of the Early Years, delivering a child-centred programme that reflects best practice in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver a nurturing, inquiry-led programme inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
● Design creative and stimulating learning environments that encourage independence, exploration, and collaboration.
● Plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills.
● Build strong relationships with parents, encouraging their involvement and ensuring effective communication.
● Support smooth transitions from Early Years into Primary School.
● Collaborate with colleagues to build a cohesive, supportive team culture.
● Contribute to the broader life of the school, including events, performances, and community activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (Master’s desirable).
● At least 2-5 years of successful Early Years teaching experience.
● Strong knowledge of child development
