Instructional Assistant Early Years The Early Years Instructional Assistant supports the Bilingual Early Years Teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children aged 12 months to 4 years. The role focuses on assisting with instruction, supervising children, preparing materials, supporting daily routines, and contributing to the learning environment REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual, with working proficiency in English (spoken and understood). Associate / Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Experience working with young children (12 months–4 years) in an educational or care setting. Experience in Reggio Emilia–inspired and IB-aligned approaches. Strong communication, collaboration, and IT skills.
