We are now seeking a Industry Engagement Manager to lead, strengthen, and expand our employer relationships — playing a pivotal role in apprenticeships, commercial training, work placements, and skills development. The role This is a senior, high-profile leadership role with real influence. You will: Lead and inspire a team of Industry Engagement Consultants and Apprenticeship Advisers. Build and manage strategic partnerships with employers and key stakeholders. Drive apprenticeship recruitment, commercial income, externally funded projects, and mandatory work placements. Represent the College at regional events, employer forums, and sector networks. Use labour market insight to influence curriculum development and future provision. You’ll be central to strengthening the College’s reputation as a trusted, high-performing partner for business. What you'll be doing Leading a results-driven Industry Engagement team. Managing high-value employer relationships across priority sectors. Supporting apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, commercial training, full time students and T-Levels. Ensuring excellent employer and learner experiences. Using CRM and data systems to track performance and impact. Working collaboratively across the College to deliver employer-led solutions.
