About this role
Deyes High School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Support Manager to join our dedicated safeguarding and pastoral team.
This is a key role within our pastoral and safeguarding structure, supporting vulnerable pupils and their families to overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes. You will work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, pastoral teams and external agencies to provide targeted intervention, lead on safeguarding cases, and ensure timely, effective support for those most in need.
The successful candidate will bring experience of working with children, young people and families, alongside strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills. You will play a vital role in promoting attendance, wellbeing and academic progress, while maintaining high expectations and a child-centred approach.
