Inclusion Officer and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

Required from: September 2026 Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time + 3 days, 8:30am to 4:30pm (Note: Requires occasional holiday availability for emergency safeguarding liaison/meetings) Application Deadline: Midday, Monday 1st June 2026 Interviews: Wednesday 3rd June 2026 We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Inclusion Officer and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) to support the strategic leadership of both our SEN and Safeguarding provision. Joining our passionate SEN faculty, the successful candidate will work closely with the SENCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead to champion our most vulnerable students. In this vital non-teaching role, you will work alongside faculty and senior leaders to support and help line-manage our team of Learning Support Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of welfare and academic progress for our students.
