Inclusion Manager Permanent, Full Time 37 Hours Per Week Term Time Only Grade 7, SCP 18-23 Actual Annual Salary £27,466.48 - £30,534.88 The Crestwood School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Inclusion Manager to join our supportive and ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students' learning, wellbeing and personal development within a supportive and ambitious school community. The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress. Responsibilities are: To oversee the quality assurance of the school’s Reflection provision To develop, monitor, review and oversee the school’s Reflection curriculum To seek out and develop alternative provision curriculum opportunities To identify, monitor and support those students at risk of exclusion To plan and develop KS3/4 schemes of learning alongside subject teachers To oversee the school’s Reflection provision Applications are welcomed from talented and aspirant individuals who genuinely enjoy helping to improve students’ achievement and attainment.
