We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Inclusion Manager to lead our safeguarding, pastoral care and inclusion strategies, ensuring every pupil has the support they need to thrive both academically and personally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pastoral or safeguarding professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people with additional needs. Working as part of our senior leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where pupils can build confidence, develop resilience and achieve their full potential. What you will be doing Lead the school's safeguarding and pastoral strategies, promoting the welfare, safety and emotional wellbeing of every pupil. Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), managing safeguarding concerns, referrals, record keeping and multi-agency working. Support and coach staff to deliver high-quality pastoral care, positive behaviour support and inclusive classroom practice. Analyse behaviour, safeguarding and attendance data to identify trends and implement effective interventions. Build positive relationships with pupils, families, external agencies and colleagues to support successful outcomes.
