Job Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Lead to join our team in August 2026. The Inclusion Lead will play a key role in developing and implementing the school’s Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision, ensuring that students with diverse learning needs receive appropriate support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of inclusive educational practices, oversee early intervention strategies, and collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure all students are supported in reaching their full potential. Key Responsibilities To design and execute special needs education in areas related to students of different special needs To design early intervention program that significantly increases the functional skills and facilitates successful entry into adulthood. To design and execute comprehensive program on developmental tasks young students with SEN need to master in the areas of: Gross Motor Skills, Fine Motor Skills, Language development, Functional Language, Social Language, Semantics, Letter Recognition, Mathematical Skills. Monitor children’s behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed Manage classroom crises and resolve
