Inclusion Lead - 1 day a week St Martin’s School and Nursery St Martin’s School and Nursery is seeking a passionate Inclusion Lead (1 day a week) to champion the needs of all learners and join our caring, child-centred community. As Inclusion Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping inclusive practice, working closely with pupils, families, staff, and external professionals to ensure that all children – including those with SEND – reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about removing barriers to learning and who is confident in leading whole-school strategies for SEND. The post holder must hold the National Professional Qualification for SENDCOs (or the previous NASENCO qualification), or be willing to work towards this.
