Chesterfield College are seeking a part-time Inclusion Coordinator to join a passionate and highly effective team.
Are you an experienced SEND professional, with a passion for disability inclusion in post 16 education?
Do you have knowledge and experience of EHCPs, and associated support and funding?
Are you able to write high quality and easily interpreted support plans for a range of disabilities?
Do you have line management and team coordination experience?
Are you confident using IT packages and college management information systems, such as EBS, reports, Pastoral, OneDrive and excel?
