About this role
The Inclusion Assistant plays a key role in supporting pupils’ academic, social, emotional and behavioural development across Reception to Year 11. The postholder will work closely with leaders, teachers, families and external agencies to deliver targeted inclusion strategies, remove barriers to learning, and promote positive behaviour, attendance and wellbeing in line with the school’s faith values.
