Role Overview The Inclusion Assistant provides academic, social, and emotional support to students with Additional Learning Needs (ALNs) in EC and Elementary. They work under the guidance of the Inclusion Teachers to assist students in in-class learning and pull-out targeted interventions. They ensure that students can access the curriculum and develop essential skills. The role involves collaboration with Inclusion Teachers, therapists, and Individual Assistants. The Inclusion Assistant supports differentiation, accommodations, modifications, and the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
