About this role
We are looking for a colleague who has:Level 3 IT Support Technician Qualification.5 A*-C (4+) in GCSEs (inc English and Maths) or equivalent standard of numeracy and literacy.Knowledge of Microsoft OS.Experience of supporting a variety of stakeholders in a demanding ICT environment with excellent communication skills.Full UK driving licenceA working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education (Desirable)Familiarity with Apple education systems andiPad management (Desirable)
