Malden Oaks is looking to appoint a Data and ICT assistant who is passionate about making a positive contribution to the smooth running of our school and, ultimately, to the experience of our students. This is a broad and varied role that sits at the heart of our Student Services team. You will provide first-line IT support, assist with data, assessment and exams administration, and carry out a range of general administrative tasks. You do not need to have worked in a school before; what matters most is that you are a quick learner with strong IT skills, excellent organisation, and a willingness to turn your hand to a wide variety of tasks. You will be confident using technology and have a good working knowledge of Google Workspace. Experience of providing IT support, working with data, or using school management information systems such as SIMS would be an advantage, though full training and support will be provided. We are a small, specialist school based in the Roya l Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Our students have social, emotional, and mental health needs, and our whole-school approach is built around supporting them to thrive academically and personally.
