The Role
We are looking for an innovative and driven Humanities Teacher to inspire pupils and prepare them for success in a competitive, globalized world. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking department within our expanding group of schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to teach Humanities from Key stage 3 to A Level
Ability to teach across a range of Humanities disciplines
Provide outstanding teaching and learning and deliver engaging and academically rigorous lessons.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
Inspire students with a genuine interest in the Humanities and the wider world
Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Play an active role in a dynamic and collaborative faculty
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
A certified teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent) from a UK university.
A degree relevant to the subject.
Experience teaching Humanities in a British curriculum school.
Be a passionate and knowledgeable Humanities teacher
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills..
