The Role
Northease is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious Human Resources Officer who has worked in an educational environment, a charity or a similar HR environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a highly sought after specialist SEND setting, contributing to the smooth operations of Human Resources across all areas.
Reporting to the Headteacher, the role incorporates both strategic and operational HR. This is a handson HR generalist role, with the key aspects being recruitment, training, policy and staff welfare. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in:
• Leading recruitment, training and staff welfare, particularly in school settings
• CIPD Level 5 qualified/part qualified (or equivalent)
• Excellent understanding of legal and statutory compliance in HR and training
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential

Salary: £35,175 - £36,251 (NMS Pay Scale) dependent on experience (pro-rata)
Start Date: Immediately
Contract: 30 hours per week (4 days). Flexible working requests considered on application
Holidays: 6.6 weeks inc bank holidays (pro rata), plus additional long-term service
