About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Partner to join our growing school trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused HR professional to play a key role in supporting our schools, driving positive employee relations, and helping to create an environment where both staff and pupils can thrive.
As a trusted partner to school leaders, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance across a wide range of people matters, supporting the delivery of our people strategy and ensuring best practice throughout the employee lifecycle.
As HR Partner, you will:
Partner with Headteachers and senior leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
Advise on employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and organisational change.
Coach and develop managers to build confidence in managing people issues.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and safeguarding requirements.
Analyse workforce data and identify opportunities to improve organisational performance and employee engagement.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the trust.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Partner role.
Has strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Demonstrates excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skil
