About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised HR Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day HR function across EduAurora Group. This is not simply an HR administration role. You will work closely with our Group Business Manager and senior leaders, taking responsibility for HR compliance, recruitment and onboarding, employee records, contracts, HR systems and processes, while helping us develop the workforce infrastructure needed to support a rapidly growing organisation.
