We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team and support the school's human resources functions. Position: HR Manager Position Type: Human Resources Job Description: The HR Manager will be responsible for a small team who together deliver the HR Function across two schools and an onsite Sport Club. This on-site role overseas the day -to-day operation of HR practices, ensuring excellence across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance with employment legislation and school/sports club policies. The post holder plays a key role in supporting managers, enhancing HR processes, and contributing to a positive staff experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Skills, Qualifications and Attributes CIPD Level 5 qualification (or Level 3 with 5+ years relevant experience). Proven experience leading and managing HR functions. Strong understanding of employment law and its practical application. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage a busy and varied workload, remaining calm under pressure. High levels of tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
