Ardingly College, in collaboration with Great Walstead School, seeks to appoint an HR Director to provide strategic HR leadership for the Ardingly College Family of Schools.
The HR Director will be responsible for leading the delivery of a high-performing, customer-focused, consistent and proactive HR service that builds capacity, capability, and culture to support the delivery of the Ardingly College Family of Schools values and priorities.
The role reports to the COO for the fulfilment of all duties.
