HR Business Partner X 3

We are seeking three experienced, pragmatic and highly organised HR Business Partner to join the HR team at Newham College. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the culture here at Newham College! This is an exciting new opportunity to join a high performing HR team. You will be joining the team at a time of real culture change. The HR Business Partner will be instamental in ensuring the culture is truly embedded within the College and delivering a high quality HR service to colleagues within the College, supporting our drive to be the employer of choice within Newham and the FE sector. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in providing a pro-active, operational, professional, and efficient HR service ensuring policies, procedures, legislation and best practice are adhered to, and works collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify risk associated with organisational people decisions. The HRBP will contribute to the effectiveness of HR service delivery and will be an active participant and role model in relation to the day-to-day operational work of the HR team. They will take accountability of the full employee life cycle for their designated areas of responsibility.
