We are seeking to appoint an HR and Executive Administrator to deliver high-quality, compliant and efficient HR support across the school, ensuring that all employment processes, safeguarding requirements and statutory responsibilities are met.
In addition, the postholder will provide professional, confidential and highly organised administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), with a particular focus on the coordination of key school processes and events.
The role also supports the effective delivery of staff performance management processes and wider organisational systems.
