About this role
St Benedict Catholic Academy Trust are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our supportive and busy HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting staff across the Trust.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support across all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, Trust initiatives, and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR).
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment and safer recruitment administration processes
Coordinate onboarding and induction arrangements for new starters
Maintain the Trust’s Single Central Record (SCR)
Ensure HR compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
Assist with Trust-wide HR initiatives and projects
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to staff and managers
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Support HR reporting, audits, and general office administration
