We are seeking a Houseparent to oversee the wellbeing, safety and behaviour of students residing in one of our boarding houses. This part-time, term-time role is based over three days per week, working Monday to Wednesday.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Houseparent (Daytime) to join our pastoral team and play a key role in the care and wellbeing of our boarding students.
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day pastoral care, supervision, and support of students living in the boarding house. You will help create a warm, safe, and homely environment where students feel secure, supported, and able to thrive both personally and academically. The role also includes, in collaboration with the other Houseparent (Daytime), line management responsibility for the house cleaning staff. It is a very rewarding role which requires empathy with the needs of young people, a confident manner and good organisational skills.
