The Role Leading a dynamic boarding team, you will oversee the welfare, academic progress, and personal development of approximately 30 full, weekly, and flexi boarders spanning from Years 5 to Year 11. This is far more than a supervisory role - you will be empowered to drive innovative boarding practices, shape strategic pastoral initiatives, and play a crucial part in boarding recruitment alongside our Admissions and Marketing team.
