Minimum 18 hours per week

You will assist in the timely and accurate assessment of the English Language skills of refugee families arriving in Newport and to generally provide administrative support to the REACH ESOL Project Coordinator.

The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.

Requirements & Compliance

• Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
• Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
