This role supports the efficient operation of the Hospitality & Catering department by managing purchasing, stock control, deliveries, and stores administration while ensuring compliance with financial procedures and inventory management systems. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety, support the day-to-day running of training kitchens, and work closely with Chef Lecturers to ensure resources are available for teaching and real working environment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the hospitality or catering sector at a supervisory level, with a strong background in stores, procurement, stock control, and food safety management.
