As our Horticulture Resource Coordinator, you will: Manage day-to-day horticultural and glasshouse resources. Support staff and students during practical and theory sessions. Take ownership of health and safety procedures, risk assessments and compliance. Supervise apprentices and student workers, where required. Manage stock control, ordering and resource budgets. What you will bring to the role: Relevant horticultural industry experience A Level 2 qualification in Horticulture (or equivalent) Experience supervising groups and supporting learners Knowledge of horticultural health and safety legislation Practical experience of machinery operation and horticultural practices Our Staff Benefits - see attached job pack for further information.
