Salary: Actual salary: £28,249 - £31,465 dependant on qualifications Plus £2000 Welcome bonus For a candidate with SEN Experience*

Additional Information: Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time only - Start time 8.15am - Finish time Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 4.45pm. Thursday 5pm and Friday 4pm

We're looking to recruit a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner – Higher Level Teaching Assistant. You will work with our Pastoral lead, together with the therapy team in supporting families of our students.

Key Duties:
To be accountable to the school leadership team in all areas of work and responsibilities.
To support the Class Teacher in all areas of the day to day running of the class.
To lead and support with the embedding of positive behaviour support to reduce behaviours of concern across the school.
To work collaboratively alongside the family support officer ensuring effective communication with families.
To support the delivery and identification of staff training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and to work closely with the Pastoral Team in effective and consistent behaviour s
