You will play an important role in helping pupils achieve their best while contributing positively to the school community. Skills and Qualifications: - A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development. - Good communication skills with both children and adults. - Ability to work well as part of a team. - Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with young learners. - Basic organisational skills to assist with classroom activities. - Willingness to learn on the job; no prior teaching assistant experience necessary.
