About this role
To support the ASC resource provision (RP) manager with the day-to-day strategic running of the RP including management and allocation of support staff, record keeping, general administration and resource management. To support pupils, individually, in small groups and within the classroom, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement. The HLTA should have gained the status of Higher Level Teaching Assistant and/or be a graduate.
