The position we are offering
📘 English-speaking History & Geography Teacher
📅 Starting September 2026
📍 Paris, 15e arrondissement
You will join a dedicated team of educators committed to nurturing curiosity, academic rigor, and student well-being in a truly international environment.
Your main responsibilities
Teach History and Geography to middle and/or high school students in English, notably in the context of the IB diploma and Advanced Placement programs.
Contribute to the development of engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines to foster interdisciplinary learning.
Participate actively in the broader life of the school, including meetings, projects, and extracurricular activities.
What we are looking for
✅ Native or near-native fluency in English.
✅ Degree in History or Geography or related field (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred).
✅ Teaching qualification and relevant classroom experience.
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills.
✅ Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multicultural community.
💡 A plus:
International teaching experience.
Familiarity with APs (European History and/or Human Geography)
Degree in Human Geography
Familiarity with inquiry-based or bilingual education.
