Higher Level Teaching Assistant

HLTA (Level 4) Permanent Full time (37 hours per week), Term time + 2 weeks (40 weeks total per year) We are looking to appoint a knowledgeable and multi-skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our SEND department. Experience in supporting children with ASD/ADHD and / or Speech and Language development is of particular interest. We are looking for someone with experience and a deep understanding of neuro divergent children and with Inclusion at the heart of all they do. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fully inclusive school and shares the school’s vision of making a real difference to the lives of our children through equality of opportunity, raising aspirations and inclusion for all. The successful candidate will have a high level of professionalism and commitment to children, parents and school. Experience in supporting pupils across a range of curriculum subjects is preferable, as is experience of running interventions and managing communication with parents / carers and other professionals where required.
