About this role
We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students with significant SEMH and learning needs at Shelley College. Working closely with Inclusion and Pastoral teams, you will deliver targeted interventions, promote wellbeing, and help students overcome barriers to learning within a supportive, inclusive environment.
