About this role
We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to provide high-quality cover during teachers’ PPA time across the school. The successful candidates will have a passion for delivering engaging learning experiences and the ability to confidently lead whole-class teaching in a variety of subjects.In this role, they will work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring continuity and consistency in pupils’ learning.
