Higher Level Teaching Assistant

About the role We are seeking to recruit an experience and passionate HLTA to work collaboratively with teaching staff and share in their responsibility for the development and education of all pupils by utilising advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing classes. We are seeking a dynamic individual, who will continue to inspire and motivate our staff and support and encourage our pupils to make excellent progress, whatever their starting point or situation. The successful candidate will demonstrate vision, resilience and empathy.
