Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Forres Sandle Manor Fordingbridge, Hampshire, SP6 1DS Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) (Full Time, permanent) For September 2026, Forres Sandle Manor seeks to appoint a skilled and empathetic Higher Level Teaching Assistant who can provide consistent, nurturing support to our pupils, particularly those in Years 7 to 11. The successful candidate will be confident in using a range of strategies to help pupils engage and make strong progress in their learning in both 1-1 and small group sessions. The individual appointed will have the opportunity to join our small, friendly and caring community of staff and students where teachers help to foster a genuine love of learning to small classes (currently averaging 14) of polite, respectful and hardworking young people. Our school is currently experiencing a period of significant growth and expansion which has led to the creation of this new role in a truly wonderful and inspirational setting which places children at the very heart of all it does.
