Higher Level Teaching Assistant (English) 28.75 hours x 39 weeks a year Grade 7 - Pts 11 to 14 Pay: £17,843 - £18,717 (FTE £26,832 - £28,146) Start date: ASAP We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated Inclusion team at Lutterworth High School. You will play an important role in supporting students with overcoming barriers to learning and making progress. As an HLTA, you will take on additional responsibility for delivering targeted interventions and teaching small groups of students through timetabled sessions, as well as supporting learning within and beyond the classroom. You will work closely with teachers to provide effective support for individuals and small groups, helping to build confidence, independence and resilience.
