Pay: £17,843 - £18,717 (FTE £26,832 - £28,146)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated Inclusion team at Lutterworth High School. You will play an important role in supporting students with overcoming barriers to learning and making progress.
As an HLTA, you will take on additional responsibility for delivering targeted interventions and teaching small groups of students through timetabled sessions, as well as supporting learning within and beyond the classroom. You will work closely with teachers to provide effective support for individuals and small groups, helping to build confidence, independence and resilience. You will have the opportunity to work with exceptional students who are enthusiastic, incredibly hard working and happy to learn, making a real difference to their development.

Working hours may vary during the lunch period to ensure duty coverage. The standard working day includes a 45-minute unpaid lunch break and is typically:
8:30am to 12:30pm (4 hours)
1:15pm to 3:00pm (1 hour 45 minutes)
Total: 5 hours 45 minutes per day
Please note that a school year is 38 weeks. The hours of the 39th week are disaggregated throughout the year for staff meetings and training days, which you will be required to attend.
