Your Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver Cultural Capital across the school, providing rich and meaningful experiences both within and beyond the formal curriculum. This role is key to broadening pupils' horizons, building their self-esteem, and supporting their personal development. We are seeking an innovative and engaging practitioner who can create and implement an immersive programme that sparks curiosity, enhances communication, and builds confidence in our pupils. The successful candidate will plan and lead offsite trips and enrichment activities, as well as expose pupils to a wide range of creative and cultural experiences within the curriculum. The ability to teach and support various disciplines within expressive arts is an essential part of this role.
