Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Grade 5 Scale Point 15 - 20 pro rata 35 or 37 Hours per week, 39 weeks per year Bradfield Secondary School is an 11-16 Academy, sponsored by INOVA Multi Academy Trust. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and supportive SEND Department. We are an inclusive school who always work hard to make our practice as good as it possibly can be for all the pupils. This role is to work as part of a team of Teaching Assistants, and alongside subject teachers. The role involves delivering interventions to develop academic, social communication and emotional regulation skills. The children with whom you would be working will have a range of SEND. You will be required to understand and support children facing these barriers.
