Band 8, SCP 17-22 (depending on experience)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed member of staff to join our motivated and highly professional team of HLTA’s.

You will be:-

• Either qualified to HLTA level or cover supervisor and willing to immediately train to be HLTA.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to deliver lesson plans effectively.
• Flexible and confident to undertake work at short notice.
• Confident to provide cover across the age range.

The successful candidate will: -

• Actively support the ethos, educational vision, policies and direction of the school.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice
• Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour.
• Have a good working knowledge of AFL and active, independent learning
• Be enthusiastic and flexible
• Be creative and able to motivate all children
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• An interest in Music or PE would be desirable
• Willing to train as a first aider and fire marshal
