What You’ll Do Deliver engaging learning activities to individuals, small groups and whole classes, including providing classroom cover when required. Plan, prepare and deliver meaningful interventions that support pupils' academic, social, emotional and behavioural development. Work alongside teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to implement personalised learning strategies and EHCP outcomes. Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued, safe and supported to succeed.
