Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Rossendale School are recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our education team! We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed people, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will be assisting the children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs. This role will be diverse and will be expected to cover lessons across the school. About the school: Rossendale is a day school catering for the needs of pupils who are autistic and academically able. All pupils have a draft or final Education, Health and Care Plan. The School provides education for young people aged from 7 – 18 years of age.
