Higher Level Teaching Assistant

September start. We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who will support student learning by taking on greater responsibilities than standard classroom staff. As a HLTA you will be required to independently lead agreed learning activities, provide whole-class cover, deliver targeted interventions, and handle pupil assessments and reporting under the strategic direction of qualified teachers. You will also be required to take on afterschool club duties for a specific activity until 4:30pm each day.
