About this role
We are seeking to recruit a Health & Safety Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Mill Hill Education Group (MHEG) in maintaining high standards of health, safety, and statutory compliance across its family of schools.
Working closely with the Group Health & Safety Advisor, Estates teams, and school leadership, the post holder will help monitor, review, and improve compliance across key risk areas including fire safety, asbestos management, and water safety (Legionella control), alongside broader health and safety responsibilities.
The role involves regular site visits, inspections, reporting, and follow-up actions to ensure that statutory duties are met, risks are effectively managed, and schools are supported in maintaining safe, compliant environments.
This is a hands-on, multi-site role suited to a proactive individual who is confident working independently and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
