Headteacher – Valley Bridge School, Whaddon (Gloucestershire) Salary: Leadership scale starting from L14 - L24 Contract type: Full-time, Permanent About the role We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Headteacher to lead and shape the development of our school, Valley Bridge, for pupils with needs associated with SEMH and Autism. Demonstrates expertise in evidence-based SEN knowledge & practice Uses data and evidence to evaluate, improve, and challenge practice. Is committed to developing and supporting staff, building capacity, and nurturing talent. Is an outstanding communicator who builds trust with students, families, staff, and stakeholders. Understands strategic financial planning and effective budgetary management. Has a track record of successful multi-agency working. We believe in challenging the status quo.
