St Peter’s CofE Primary School in the heart of Plymouth serves a wonderfully diverse catchment and which is a focal point for the immediate community.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of how to remove barriers to achievement, promoting social justice and creating a school community where differences are celebrated and all members of the community can thrive. You will be leading our successful school into the exciting next stage of development.

You will not be alone in your leadership, as part of St Christopher’s Trust, you will work with leaders of our 21 other primary schools and be well supported by our 6 other Plymouth Headteachers, there are also opportunities to undertake strategic leadership roles across the Trust when the time is right in your headship journey.

- A rigorous approach to teaching and learning, with strong analytical skills.

- An experienced senior leader with energy and drive to make a difference
